We want you to love your Edikted styles, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your pre-paid Royal Mail return shipping label directly from the portal; a small return fee will be deducted from your final refund total.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed or covered, and include the return slip inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office or designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
